As well as this, we will explore different gluten-free alternative flours (think legumes, nuts and millets) to use in recipes to squeeze in a little extra nutrition where we can.
Ready mixed gluten-free flour from the supermarket can be a little starch heavy so instead of following a gluten free recipe that just substitutes flour for GF flour, we will explore blends that are rich in nutrients and gut healthy (whilst still of course enjoying our chocolate brownies and pizzas!).
